Need RN refresher course in Maryland or NYC

Greetings all! I just passed the NCLEX, but haven't been in a hospital since graduating with BSN 3 years ago. Finally getting into the profession but I want to take an RN refresher course before I begin, and I can't find one to save my life. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Anne Arundel Community College has a refresher course for RN's. I had a friend go through it, she did her clinicals at Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis.
