I know of a criminal defense attorney, who was also my divorce attorney(what a combo). He was really good. His wife is also a nurse. So if he can't help you, he might know of someone who can. Just PM me and I can get the info to you. Good luck!
Another resource is if you have malpractice insurance, they should be able to help you and provide you representation.

Call Kathy Klein RN, Attorney at Law, she deals with Colorado Board of Nursing more than any other attorney in CO per NSO. She is in the phone book, but just moved her office but they will give you her new #.
Good Luck:p

How would someone find this attorney? I tried to google her, but only got lead back to this thread.
Thanks.

Kathy Klein is very good, but I used Lena Ewing when I had to deal with the board. Her phone is 303-984-5245. She is very nice and quite knowledgable, and is also an RN, Tell her Judy sent you.

I was just wondering how your situation is coming along. I recenlty had a complaint against my license and wondered what the road ahead had to offer, besides a huge ulcer in my belly?? This is THE MOST horrible thing I have ever had to go through in my entire life! Did you get an attorney? If so who, I recenlty emailed Cathy Klein and hope to get some help from her.
