need referral for RN job in Kendall, Kane, Dupage, Will, or Cook counties

[RN needs job]

I have applied everywhere in my area. I am a new grad registered nurse with a great resume except I don't have experience obviously. I know it really helps to know someone in the facility you are applying to so they can give a referral for you or recommend you. The problem is I do not know anyone who works in healthcare. I wish I had known how difficult it would be to find a job and I would have networked more in school. But I was just so focused on studying and paperwork. So is there someone out there willing to help me. I would really like to find an RN or other healthcare professional who can give a good word about me to their nurse manager. If you email me, I could send you my resume so you know I am someone good to recommend. I am looking for any RN job within or near the counties listed in the title. I know there are a lot of us new grads who can't find jobs but if anyone has any advice, that would be great. Are there any new grads with a job that would like to tell me how you got your job?
