need some questions answered for research paper

I am doing a research paper for school and need a few personal interviews with people with nursing positions like the one i hope to have within the next few years.

What are the most rewarding aspects that make it all worth while?

What skills does your job demand?

What words of advice would you give a person entering your field in the next four years? (i.e., education, internship, find a mentor, jump right in, etc.)
