Okay so I graduated in may and have passed my boards, working on a med/surg floor, right now I am in waist deep taking my ACLS, then will be taking my PALS course, what else is out there to take, my ultimate goal is to be in an ER somewhere or some other kind of emergency/ critical care type of thing. Any and all info and where I can find classes would be greatly appreciated.

Lots of classes are relevant to the ED. TNCC, NRP, Trauma Stabilization. It depends on what is offerred at your hospital. You might also consider becoming a BLS instructor.
As a person interested in the Emergency area, you will be interested in obtaining the CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse), you take an exam, and if you pass you are certified. There is also CCRN (Critical Care RN) which is a similar certification for Critical care nurses. Both are respected, though quite expensive to sit the exam, and some hospitals cover it, some don't.
You might join the local Emergency Nurses Association, and start to volunteer for ENCARE- which aims at reducing alcohol related emergencies.
I Forgot a few things.
Big Trauma Centers usually have some teachings that are specific to trauma and are open to other hospitals. I've attended ones on extrication from farm equipment etc - the theme was rural emergencies that year. So, Call your local trauma Center- and get on a mailer list.
There are plenty of classes available. But all the certifications in the world are not going to be equal to the actual bedside experience you are getting now.

I couldnt agree more with the bed side expeience, its a great place to work, but being a former ambulance jockey (LOL) I miss the excitement of the blood, guts, drunks, trauma, etc, just want to make my way there and be the best I can once I get there!
