Does anyone know where I can get some training for the Excelsior College Clinical Performance Nursing Examination in New York (or anywhere else)?

I've completed my exams, but haven't taken the clinical. Please reply with any suggestions.

Thanx,

Check out the distance learning forum here... you should be able to get plenty of feedback there. :)

There are 2 excellent workshops available at the Excelsoir College campus in Albany, NY for help in preparation for the CPNE. It is well worth the time and expence to go tho these workshops. You can find out more information at the college website. either excelsior.edu or regents.edu for more information. There is a work book and video that is very helpful, because you can watch it over and over ( I did) for $90.00 avaliable from the excelsior college bookstore. just typ in CPNE at the bookstore search. Also you can go the EPN for scheduled chats to get answers from instructors, not to mention the chat rooms where student get together and help each other. Good Luck. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

I passed on Excelsior College in favor of a more traditional program. I gongratulate you on you steadfast comitment to finish. I don't have that kind of drive. If you can do the didactic you CAN do the clinical. The E. College has a prep program. YOU can do it! Best of luck, and by the way....."Welcome to the profession".
