Hi all,
So I am currently an undergraduate earning my Public Health degree. I want to eventually become a PNP (pediatric nurse practitioner), and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on the cheapest/most efficient route to take as far as grad school options go? There are ABSN programs... there are Master's entry programs... there are programs that skip BSN, earn your RN, and go straight to masters... Does anyone have any experience with this, and if so, what schools do you recommend applying to! I could use any advice out there.
My GPA is pretty average, its around a 3.5. I have yet to take the GRE, but if the schools require it, I am willing to take it soonish (after much studying of course). Anyways, my other question is that some MEPN programs, such as one at Columbia University, say their averages are 3.3-3.6 acceptance GPA. is this actually the case? I would expect super competitive programs to have close to 4.0 GPA averages.
