Need Help with an ON-line Stat course

Published

Hello,

I am trying to get my RN-BSN online. My ADN program did not require any math (just the placement test) I am awful at MATH. Does anyone know of an easy online stat course? Do I need to take an Algebra first? I am not sure which on-line program I am applying to, but I don't want to make a decision on whether it requires a stat course or not! I really just want to take one and be done.

Any info would help..

Thanks!

I'm right there with you. I hate math (most algebra and stats). I am just a few weeks from graduating from an RN-BSN program online with Chamberlain College of Nursing. I HIGHLY recommend this program. Statistics IS required. You have to take a couple math placement tests (one for basic algebra and one for college algebra). If you pass those, then you just have to sign up for statistics. If you DON'T pass one of them or both, then you will have to take those two math courses. Which by the way, are all excellent platforms with Devry (Chamberlain is affiliated with Devry) I found the math and stat's course great!! There were many resources to help you succeed! As much as I hate stats, I passed and did well. I had to take the college algebra course, and that wasn't bad at all. If you decide to do this, contact me and I can help you. :)
