HI everyone!!

I am currently in college in ohio studying to be an RN and was asked to do a project on the nursing shortage. Any information on why there is or isnt a nursing shortage would be veryy helpful and very much appreciated!! also if anyone would be willing to participate in a survey that is really short it would help even more!! Also no names needed on the survey. I am so interested as to what your responses are and your responses are so important to my project as all of you who respond have experience in this field!!
