Need help finding an online PhD nursing program

I am looking to start my PhD in nursing, the catch is that I need to do it online. I realize that there are a number of schools out there that are now offering a PhD, EdD, and a DNP. I need a school that does not require your GRE score as mine is past 5 years old. I have found Northcentral University (PhD in Education), University of Hawaii at Manoa (PhD in Nursing), and the University of Arizona.

Any help would be truly appreciated. Thank you.

Why not take the GRE again? That might open up more possibile schools for you. If you are going to make the big effort to complete a PhD program, the relatively small effort and expense of re-taking the GRE should be no big deal.
