NEED HELP finding ethical dilemma experienced by FNP

Hello, I am currently pursuing my MSN with a focus in FNP. I am currently completing my Ethics in Nursing course and need help in completing an assignment from any of you Nurse Practitioner's out there!! What I need is an ethical dilemma that one of you have experienced or faced in your role as a NP or FNP. If you could provide me with details of the dilemma that would be great! Describe the scenario that leads up to an ethical dilemma for the nurse. If you could include information about the condition of the patient and about people affected by the decision that would be awesome. IF anyone out there could help me I would be forever grateful!!
