Need help in entering college details in CFGNS for NCLEX exam (College is closed)

Hi I am veena from india and I am in the process of filling CGFNS application for New York state (Credential verification service for New York state). My college where I completed BSc nursing is closed now and my college was under rajiv gandhi university of health sciences.

I need help to fill the college details in the CGFNS application :

As my college is close do I need to enter my college details and say it is closed

or

Can give my university details instead of college details so CGFNS can verify it through my university.

Note : I contacted CGFNS and representative told me that I can enter university details however when I called other time they told I have to put college is closed and they will get details from minister of health .

Please help .
