I am aware of that site, have already visited it. I work in LTC in NY. The problem arises for me, is that my LTC facility was not nursing rehab before now. I do not have two years, or one year... unless you consider that I have been doing nursing rehab with my patients, but not having been able to qualify the circumstances for the MDS. The kowledge base of the MDS is fully understood by me, but that is not a pre-requisite. I need to go to a class, one that is not in Indianapolis Indiana (in August 6-9 if anyone is interested) and actually speak to someone on how to attain this goal.

I suggest you check with rehab hospitals in your area that might offer a CRRN review course. My rehab unit teleconferenced the course from another larger rehab hospital. It was an eight week (one day a week) course reviewing what could be on the test. It was helpful. There must be large rehab hospitals in your area that may do the same. Good Luck!!
