Hi all! I'm a nurse in Texas, and tonight my sister called asking if I could help. Seems that my BIL's 95 year old grandma that lives in Parma is in need of some type of home assistance, and did I know anyone. (Because, you know...nurses in Texas know every single agency in the country... )
Apparently Granny lives in her own home with a 65 year old family member as a caregiver. She doesn't have any health problems (except for being 95 years old! LOL!), so she's not really a candidate for home health. She just needs some help bathing and some meals and such. We have these agencies here where they send a non-medical person out to help with ADLs and some light housekeeping, and I was wondering if you guys had anything like that there. If so, is there a resource site where I can point them in the right direction or any suggestions that you can make.
Thanks for any help. Hope you guys are bundled up and warm and safe.

These places would be a place to start. I don't have any experience with them though.
