NEED articles on CHED proposed amendment in making nursing curriculum a 5-yr course

I have consumed 3 weeks already... looked at local libraries in my place yet im unsuccessful in locating the articles I'm looking for. What i was able to get hand was those articles who indirectly discuss that topic.

Has anyone read any updates about this?
