Need advice

I an a Canadian nurse, nursing is my second career ( I had a bachelor of science before); I working as a LPN when I raised my son, now I completed ADN, waiting to write NCLEX-RN; in my unit, there are 2 nurse aides way too aggressive toward me and other RNs; these 2 NAs are manager's pets and kisser, so RNs and LPNs won't get support from the management; I have intension to change job, but this will take a while, I don;t want to argue with NAs anytime, any advices ?

Maybe refuse working with these NAs are the only choice at present;
