Need some advice on course load

I am registered for A&P2 and Gen. Psychology for fall. I also have to take a Student Success class because I am considered a new student because I don't have 12 hours yet. This is a one credit seminar, once a week. I bought the book the other day, which was a $20 book which half of was a daily planner. It looks like a simple class, geared more to the just out of high school student, with questions like, "figure the amount of drinks you have in a week, times the amount for each drink. How much money do you spend on alcoholic beverages a year?" Um...I drink like two margs. a year. I say all this to say, I don't really think this is a real class....but it's mandatory. More or less something I'll be sitting through for 50 min. a week and might gain some info on how to manage stress, etc. but that's about it. So I basically have two classes for fall, 7 hours (8 with the Student class).

Background about me...I have five kids, two who will be in school, two who go to parents day out twice a week for five hours each day. I took A&P1 for the summer extended session and made an A. I am taking A&P2 through the same instructor so I expect it will be somewhat the same type of class. My classes are online (as was my summer class) except my seminar. My application period for nursing school is Jan- Feb 15th. I want to go ahead and apply to begin in summer of next year. If I don't get in (or if I don't apply) it will be two years before I can get into this school or the other school I am applying to. Here's the deal though...as it's stands right now I think I will only have an 85 (going off of an old post from 2008 on here about how they do this for this school) on a 100 point scale. I will not have the three support courses worth 5 points each, as my schedule stands right now.

I don't know if I should go ahead and add nutrition for fall, so that I will have another 5 points, giving me a 90. OR, if I should just continue on as I am going now, finish up with LVN support courses in the spring and go right on into the last four classes I would need for RN? This school does not have an entrance exam and they only have

LVN, then LVN to RN. This is my preferred program and I feel confident to get in if I just finish up and wait the two years but I really don't want to wait that long. I have no idea if 85 or 90 points is enough though and I don't want to add another class to this semester if it's not going to be enough anyway. I don't want to wait the two years but I don't know if I am pushing my luck by adding nutrition this semester, which would mean Micro (for RN) next semester along with the last two LVN courses (pharm. and general psyc.), and then taking english, sociology, and an elective, spread out one class over each of the LVN semesters.

There is no one I can talk to about this. I know this is long but no one here has any idea what I am talking about when I try to explain it. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!
