So i received my results and sad to say i didnt pass this time around again. My performance sheet in all categories say "near passing standards".... I guess im back to the drawing boards in hitting the books again. I ordered the saunders pn 5th ed and planning to purchase the Ncsbn learning extension for questions. I really dont know what else im missing in passing this exam.. Any suggestions would help!

Sorry to hear...
I definitely recommend the NCSBN learning extension. I thought it was very helpful in preparing for the exam. There's content you can review and post test questions as well. I also thought this review was most similiar to the actual NCLEX.
I also used the Saunders comprehensive review book (yellow) book, Saunders Q&A (blue book), Lippcotts? Q&A book, and Kaplan. Kaplan also had qbank questions and question trainers that were helpful. It is a bit pricey though. If money is tight, there is also a Kaplan book that you can buy on Amazon for a good price.
I say review content that you feel are your weakest points. Practice questions as often as you can! Even if it is only 10-25 questions when your waiting in a line, etc. Bring a textbook with you wherever you go.
Hope this helps. Hang in there. You WILL pass.
