I am SO anxious. I just took my exam yesterday and here it is the next morning. I keep overthinking about my results. What if I failed in 75 questions?
Here is how I prepped for the NCLEX
-I took two months to fully prepare for this exam so I could hopefully pass the first time.
-I took two prep courses --> Hurst and ARCHER. BEST prep courses. I used Hurst for their booklet content and in person lectures, and then I used ARCHER for their QBANK.
-I finished ALL 2800 questions in the ARCHER QBANK. I did about 200Q per day, read rationales, took notes and repeated.
-I scored VERY HIGH in 5 predictor assessments ranging from a 85-99% on the each exam. My highest score was 99% I was shocked.
-The reason I got such high scores is because I was persistent. I STUDIED MY *** OFF and reviewed everything. I made flashcards and posters to help it stick in my memory longer.
-I felt good going into the exam but very nervous. I took my time on each question and read it carefully. I could tell it was getting harder and harder. I got an estimate of 30 SATA questions. I literally felt like my whole exam was SATA. It was challenging. Then it stopped me at 75 questions. I felt relief but then I started to overthink about failing. During that moment, I actually wanted to do more questions to prove them that I can pass. Has anyone passed in 75 questions? I am still waiting on my results; I will keep you updated .

I believe passing in 75 questions is more common than we all think. I and most of the individuals in my nursing program passed in 75-125 questions.
I think since you got such great predictor score - that you have good probability to have passed in 75! Good luck! ?

I PASSED!! Thank you for the words of encouragement!
