NCLEX RN

Hello, Everyone

This is my first post at all nurses.I just want to say thank you to all the nurses for writing and sharing their knowledge. With all of your support, I'm an RN today. I took my NCLEX-RN 11/17/2015 and i had to wait 72 hours for my results to be posted on BRN website. In California, we don't have quick result.

What I did to prepare my self:

  • Hurst Review: It is great for content which i really needed it. I try doing question however, i was getting so low scores. I didn't find helpful to just do question without knowing content well.
  • Prioritization, Delegation, and Assignment: This book is amazing, i just did chapters 1-18. There are case studies but i didn't do them.
  • Kaplan: I did live review and online. It was required by my school. I didn't find live review any helpful. I loved online version. I did all the q bank, all the focus questions. Two weeks before my exam date i did Tests 1-7. Please don't worry so much about your scores. In Test #7, I got ~56%. Make sure to read all rationals. I didn't do the readiness test because i didn't enough have time.
  • All nurses study guide, i read the weekend before my exam.
  • Saunder (yellow book) i used this as reference.
  • Notes from you tube by HeyRona

If you guys have any question, please let me you

Thank you
