NCLEX RN for NEPAL

I am registering to Pearson Vue now and There's a question there that

Select the nursing program from which you graduated. Please fill in any combination of the following fields

Country: ___________________

City: ______________________

Or Program Code: _____________

 

I have tried with Nepal and program code with Pearson guide say NP9F0000 but it say to correct it so can any one shed some light so I can register for exam.
