Hi guys. First time poster, so I don't know if I've posted in the right board.
I'm currently here in the Philippines to reapply for the NCLEX, but I plan to take it on Guam.
I have a question about the reapplication form. My college does not send the forms themselves but I have to do it myself, and I'm confused on which forms the college sends and what I send myself. I just recently gave my college the Nursing Program Verification Form to fill up. I know I need to send that page and the first page (the one with my information), but I just don't know if the college (envelope addressed from college) sends it or me (envelope addressed from me).
If it would be addressed from the college, then I would have to send it from here, and would take longer to get a reply, but if it were addressed from me, I can just have my family send it from Guam for a faster reply from the California BON.
Can anyone help me with this?

i think it doesn't matter whether you'll get reply faster or longer. if your BON states that this certain form needs to be sent directly by your school, then you just have to follow what they say. and as far as I know, California BON requires that your school should be the one sending the completed forms.
