Nclex pn 2017 result check

Hi guys! Just wanted to ask if the "good pop up" from the PVT is as reliable as the "Breeze error message"? I also tried registering for another exam in my Breeze account and after filling out the informations, I got this error message:

"You are unable to proceed with this application at this time. This may be due to one of the following reasons:

1.A similar open application exists.

2.The license is cancelled.

3.The license is delinquent.

Please contact the Board if you received this message in error.The information for your board can be found at http://www.dca.ca.gov/about_dca/entities.shtml."

Btw I took my NCLEX PN last December 9th, 8am, here in Westlake CA testing center. My exam went all the way to 205, and is now waiting for results.
