NCLEX-PN 3rd Time's A Charm?

Published

Hi All!

I submitted my story a few months back, looking for insight into how to pass the NCLEX-PN, what study method I should use, etc. In short, my estranged husband left myself and our 2 babies last year during my last semester of nursing school. By the grace of God, I still graduated. I've already attempted my boards twice before, failing both times. The computer cut off at 156 questions the first time, and 96 questions the second time. I retook my boards yesterday and had to sit for the whole exam- 205 questions. I also received the "good" pop up this time around, where as the 2 previous times before, I did not. I was redirected to the credit card page when I entered in the wrong info. I'm hoping that I did it this time????! My support is limited, so studying was so tough. I am truly a single mom, working full time while raising 2 babies by myself, ages 2 and 4, and this is so important for us. I really did the best I could do this last time in regards to studying. I bought the Kaplan book, the latest Exam Cram, and also practiced with a Saunders CD-Rom. Thoughts???? I will be purchasing my early results tomorrow, I just don't want to get myself worked up and excited, only to have the air let out of my balloon. Thanks! :)
