NCLEX PN EXAM HELP....

Omg!!! I know EXACTLY how u feel! I've graduated jan 2008 & I've taken my test 4 times!! I feel like an idiot, idk maybe its been so long since we've been out of school for so long we lost of a lot of it, but idk! I took my last test july 29th of this year & failed again! Let's just NOT give up!! Study more, stick to one source content & do questions & read EVERY rationales!! We can do this!!!

I didn't go to school for nothing! Im going to keep at it. I don't understand what Im doing wrong but Im going to keep studying until I get it. It's crazy I was a A & B student in school but I can't pass the test. Keep at it and don't give up and If I come across anything that I think will help Ill let you know. Im studying Prioritization, delegation and Assignment now?? How many questions did you get?

The first two times I got in the 85s then I decided to take a refresher course & I went to 205 which I hear is good because it doesn't mean ur failing it means ur border line, but when u get the max questions I heard they base it off the last question, I don't know how true or not that is, but it sounds right! & then this last time, I studied only questions & I got in the 90s which my test results were worse than the third time, but now I think my problem is test taking strategies, so I'm reading the kaplan course book, & I have the 1000 QBank questions & then I'm going to try the test taking strategies book from kaplan! I'm just going to study harder, I'm waiting for my OK from to the state to test again! Which my 45 days is almost up & I'm thinking about taking my refresher course again & just doing everything! & of course prayer! But I'm upset because 3 yrs later if I would of passed the 1st time I could of been working on my RN! But I KNOW we will get it! I'm studying now!! Lol

i just found out that i fail my nclex 5x..so down..need advice or sugguestions.. it would be appreciated..i finished the saunders the green book..and exam cram along with 2 lifesavors review course..i live in california..now i honestly do not know wat to study or wat to focus on...

Hi i just took my nclex-pn ....today Oct14 2011 ...and i got a good pop up...never give up ...try answering nclex-rn questions 100 to 205 a day(read rationale).....it worked for me ...and medications try to remember the ending of each group....and mostly infection control ....and the different signs you see in a pt. e.g. :...turners,cullens etc. ....and prayer ....prayer if your into it....but if not +thinking you can do it i did it........and before the exam 2 days thats the time you memorize normals value , and diff. stuff.....

Congrats GigaRN... I am so happy for you. I am not going to give up, It's a must that I pass this test. What did you use to study to prepare you for the exam and how many times have you taken it?

to be honest...first i took nclex-rn i failed 265 and all grades was near passing.....i was devastated .....i knew i studied hard but i never exercise my brain to ans 265 questions so thats what i did i took the long road ...registered to take nclex-pn ....and ncle-rn.....everyday i start my day with prayer then i make sure i ans. question 200-250 a day at first it was so hard very hard....my score were 65% ..and was depressed but every week my scores improve until i get and 80% average......and i make sure a read the rationale .....i did almost 5000 questions...and now im preparing to take nclex-rn on oct 24 ...still scared ..but iknow i cant pass it......im still ans 250 questions a day ...i know you can do it, i know the feeling of failing its hard but remember dont count the failing test its done.....make the coming one count....god bless i hope it helps....
