nclex pn in California Testing

I'M TAKING MY NLCEX TOMORROW 4-5-08 IN PASADENA, CA AND I PRAY THAT I PASS. IF ANYONE TOOK THE TEST IN CALIFORNIA THIS WEEK PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK. MY FRIEND TOOK HERS 4-2-08 AND SAID THAT IT WAS EASIER THAN THE NCLEX HOWEVER IT TOOK HER 5 HOURS AND SHE HAD ALL 205 QUESTIONS :nurse::bowingpur:bowingpur:bowingpur

Im taking my NCLEX on April 29th, I believe.

Dont get lost in the amount of questions or the amount of time you are there. You have 5 hours....that is a loooong time, so relax and take it slow. There is NOTHING wrong with using all 5 hours if it means you carefully and critically review the questions.

Basically remember there are 2 'types' of questions....one is based on facts and the other is based on critical thinking. So when you get a question that is a "fact based" question, you either know it or you dont....so go with your gut and your first instinct.

Then on the critical thinking, you get to use logic and synthesis to pull together the response.

Get plenty of sleep and eat a nutritious breakfast and dont forget to breathe!!!!! I will send positive energy your way.
