I know this has been asked a million times, but I have myself as anxious as can be! I graduated from ADN in December took Christmas off and started an in class Kaplan course the beginning of January. Since the class have been over I have been working on the qbank and trainers. I am taking my test on the 15th.
Here is my breakdown:
Diagnostic: 64
Trainer 1: 65
Trainer 2: 57
Trainer 3: 58
Trainer 4: 63
Trainer 5: 71
Trainer 6: 70
Still need to take Trainer 7 on Thursday is my plan.
I have 82% of the qbank done with a 65% overall. I wish that was a bit higher!
I have watched all the content videos and followed in the content review book.
My plan is to take the sample tests and finish up qbank over the weekend and then spend M-Th going over all the rationales in depth ( I have reviewed each test after I have taken them but I want to really pay attention to the rationales) and review any content I feel weak in (right now it is Basic Care all the way!). I want to take Friday to relax. Test on Saturday
Any help or insight you have for the final push towards the NCLEX I would appreciate it.
Thanks so much!

That's exactly what I did during my last week. Finish all your sample tests and qbank questions. I didn't review any other source except Kaplan. Your Kaplan scores look good! just keep aiming above 60% and you'll do great. BTW, sample test 4 is really tough because it is all SATA questions with some "exhibit" and drag and drop questions. I only got 36% on it make sure you go over your EKGs and what meds you would use for the different types of dysrhythmias. Make sure you take that Friday off...its very important to let your brain rest:) eat a good healthy breakfast that will last you a long time just in case you end up with the whole 200+ questions. And lastly, as you take your seat in the room take a deep breath and try to relax. Good luck!!!
Thanks for the EKG hint...I need to get my EKG book out from my last semester but I feel good that I remember treatments ( they pounded it in our heads!)
My Readiness test score taken the last day of the live in person Kaplan course was 69 ( taken before I took trainer 4).
