NCLEX Incomplete App problems - mailed Oct/Nov 2016, haven't heard from them yet

Sent an incomplete App, w/o a payment. They could't pull up my info. Too excited to do everything but ended up processing it wrong. I just want to know if they still have my docs(prep by my school) and wants to know what I should do next. Thanks for reading everyone :)

Somehow, I feel so excited to start my License Application and admittedly forgot many items while send my paper App. Any helpful suggestions and advises on what to do next will be greatly appreciated :)

First: I received a sealed enveloped from my school, my mom brought it from Philippines. (This method is acceptable as long as the envelope is sealed and stamped). I contacted my school and requested a "Transcript of Records" and "Breakdown of School Program...."

Note: I sent JUST the envelope, no payments, live scan, etc.

2nd: Mailed the envelope to BRNs mailing address last Oct/Nov 2016.

3rd: Followed the BRN website processing time frame, didn't receive any forms of communication after 8weeks, even after today 5/9/17. It's been 6 months now.

4th: Called BRN, one agent named Felix Fong, told me he cant pull up any info using my SSN and name. Because he said I did not send any payment nor applied online. I felt uncomfortable when he mentioned that "by standard process, most likely, they destroyed my envelope" Keyword here: most likely. He used the term standard process but wasn't sure of his statement that my envelope has been destroyed, but he stated it. It felt downward hearing from him. I explained to him that I don't believe that BRN will just destroy my docs without even informing that they received it with lack of requirements, at least. I know they're extremely busy I do understand that. I just want to know where are my docs are.

5th: left a voicemail to their supervisor seeking help. I'm not really showing that I am mad at this. I fully understand I made a mistake here. I am just concerned about my docs, We(me and my parents) spent time and money just to secure them. I was asking the supervisor I hope they could find my docs and advice me what to do next.

6th: I am still waiting for a reply from BRN. I'm sure they received my envelope, I certified that mail. Maybe they just left it in an "incomplete" bin because I did not send any payment. Or I don't really know..

Bottom line, here's what I needed to know.

> Where's my mail? are they going to keep it and wait til I pay?

> Did they really destroy and tossed it? Hope not, that's so rude.

> At this point in time, I need to know what to do next.
