My NCLEX is next week and i am definitely nervous!!! I have a lot riding on this test (as does everyone else). Did the kaplan q bank with an average of 63% and have an average of about 65% on the trainers. In relation to kaplan I've heard that having a 60-65% average puts you at a good likelihood of passing. Was wondering if anyone had lower scores and passed/higher scores and failed?? For those who have taken NCLEX already- how does kaplan compare???

I took NCLEX two weeks ago and passed in 75 with using kaplan. My scores were...
Diagnostic 56.1%
Q Trainer 1 56%
Q Trainer 2 62.7%
Q Trainer 3 70%
Q Trainer 4 60.7%
Q Trainer 5 66.7%
Q Trainer 6 56.5%
Didn't take Trainer 7...
Q Bank cumulative performance 55%
Readiness Test 71.7%
I was all over the place with these scores, but felt pretty confidently that I passed when it shut off in 75. I understand the anxiety for sure, I had a job offer contingent on passing. I think that the select all that apply (SATA) questions were definitely harder on kaplan than they were on NCLEX and I think that most content questions on kaplan are harder but priority questions were about equal to kaplan. I had 26 SATA questions but just told myself that I must be doing well to get so many and I passed! Don't panic if you get a lot of them too! Also I had three questions either word for word or pretty close that I had seen before from kaplan.
Thanks so much!! I feel pretty ready†for NCLEX... definitely can't wait to get it over with THAT'S FOR SURE! Congrats to you!!
