Hi everyone :-) I'm a new member in allnurses.com and glad that I found it. I'm studying for NCLEX-RN and looking for someone to share thoughts with.
For all those RNs already, congratulations! Would you please share any suggestions about your study plan that made you successful in NCLEX?
Thanks! Have a great weekend!

I am also preparing for my NCLEX-RN exam - I would be happy to be exchanging information with you.
I am still waiting for my ATT. How about you when are you going to take the test?
My friends who passed the exam told me that answering alot of sample questions helped them develop techniques in answering and evaluate their strengths and weaknesses.
Most of them encountered questions about delegation, prioritization, triage nursing, risk factors of cancer patients, 5th disease, special diets and a lot more.
Have you visited caring4you.net? There are a lot of NCLEX info in that website (it's here under Other Nursing website).
Hope to hear from you.

OK ! Here's another !
Have no idea when yet, either.. hoping before the end of the year, but that may not happen... so I'm just taking my time reviewing about 50 questions a day. I'm using the Saunders Comprehensive Review with the CD... I hear every test is different, though.. not everyone gets the same questions, so I guess it's best not to focus on any one topic.. just go through them ALL !
I'll be happy to work with you guys some here and there...tell me how. where, when...
The best to us !!!

Hi Marie and Jnette :-)
Thank you for responding to my post! It's great not feel alone going through this preparation in NCLEX. I'm still waiting for that Chauncey rollover to Vue to be completed so my ATT will come.
I plan to do an intensive review doing 100-150 progressing to 200 a day starting tomorrow using Saunders. I'm also reading Kaplan Course Book and Kaplan "blue" book (got from Barnes). I'm getting anxious since the BIG DAY is coming up! Whaaaaaaaaaaa Am I preparing enough?
Take care and let's keep in touch.
