I have recently gone back to school as a nursing assistant in North Carolina. I had some misdemeanors where I was found not guilty and wondering will the state question those or will it be dug up in the employment process?
I never would have started the program if it was going to be an issue

Hi!
You shouldn't have a problem. What the criminal check is for is to find out if you committed any crimes against another person, assault, battery, rape, murder, even fraud. If the charges were dismissed, you are considered NOT GUILTY. No one can hold that against you.
