Navy Nursing Reserves

Hello fellow nurses! I just had a few questions about the Navy Nursing Reserves. I have been seriously considering this for several months and stalking the Navy website! I haven't talked with a recruiter yet so just wanting some feedback. I live in VA, have my BSN and have been working on Neuro-Trauma PCU for two years now (at a Level 1 Trauma Center). I am also a charge nurse and preceptor on my unit (if that even matters). I am almost 24 and married. I keep reading that it only requires one weekend a month and two full weeks a year. I am just curious about the requirements and what is expected of me. How common is deployment? What is the training like and is boot camp required? Thank you!
