National Home Health agency

I am a new graduate nurse in SF, and I have an interview with National Home Health agency next week. Is it a good agency to land my first job? What questions should I ask to impress the interviewer? Also, do you guys know how much do they pay you per visit? Thanks in advance for your reply. It's so hard to get a job in bay area :no:
