Nasal Filters

Are there any little carbon fiber filters that could fit in your nostrils but not have a band connecting them so that it's not apparant you have them in your nose? I hope that made sense and I hope it exists.

Sounds like a good way to get aspiration pneumonia.

Not too long ago, I saw some commercial for some kind of nasal ointment that was supposed to help prevent germs. I don't remember the name of it and can't say how effective it is. But, I'd rather do something like that than risk sucking some kind of filter into my lungs.
