My taxes went to these pens TWICE...I paid sales tax when I spent over $100 on one for my fiance :roll

My mom bought me one of these pens. She said that every practitioner should have that "one" pen that they write all of their prescriptions with.
Now, why do I need one that writes in zero gravity, or that I can write upside down with?
Like my patients commonly hang upside down from the ceiling?
