N5301 Nursing Research - is the ebook really required?

Buying my books for my next class, N5301 Nursing Research, and there's a statistics book, a nursing research book, and then a "Pageburst" ebook that is a study guide.

The ebook is listed as mandatory. Y'all that have already taken this class, is this actually needed? I really dislike ebooks with a passion.
