My steps in refinding myself

Next Step for finding the Lauren I had lost:

I Started to begin & end every day with scripture and Meditation for at least 5 min a day. 

??‍♀️This one I will admit can be difficult for me to remember or find time for every day. But, here is the thing, when I do my world feels incredibly different. 

One of my favorite scriptures to read is: 

Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. Colossians 3:13

?It reminds me of the humble life that Jesus lived. When we take ourselves out of the equation and realize that helping others is our primary job in the world, it helps me to not get down on myself when I start to get stressed I remember the big picture has nothing to do with the stress in my life today.

?‍♀️Then, I meditate on being that person, thanking the Lord & then I go into some Manifesting where I go in my mind to my dream home, with the waterfalls ?  going into the pool and the beautiful, huge, white kitchen with marble grey countertops and my kiddos running around happily.

? I envision the cottage for my parents and their home health nurse, that keeps them out of a nursing home?. I envision being home with my kiddos at 3pm when they get off of work.

That's another reason why I started by own business and why I am about to launch NursePracPreneur School, so I can these dreams with other amazing women!???
