My best option

So I have two options. Now that I am at a new school I could retake two course I have a C in. (My last school would not let you retake classes). If I can get an A in these courses my GPA would become 3.69. My other option is to take an LPN program then do a bridge. Im leaning more to boisting my GPA. Just would like some feed back.
