MSN vs NP/CRNA ... i am so confused!

Honestly I need some help! I am 1 1/2 years into Nursing. I have been on a telemetry med/surge floor this entire time. I love it so much but I really feel that I want more advanced practice. I am planning on staying on this floor until probably the end of the year. I want to move to a hospital in the city and work @ BWH/MGH in their ED or ICU to get more acute/critical care for 1-2 years. I am an extremely motivated person. Literally, every single day I think about what I want to go back to school for. In addition to thinking about it, I am constantly studying "preparing" for whatever I am going to get into next. I feel that I am so young (23 almost 24)... I don't have the experience yet. This is where my above plan comes in. I pick things up quick. The fact that I know telemetry and going to be ACLS certified in March will help me as well.

NOW.... I don't want to get into an NP program right away I have decided because once you have become an NP it isn't like the New Grad orientation. You are given more autonomy. I have been taking MNA courses and I signed up for 7 for this year. I go to seminars/free classes all the time to keep up my knowledge and critical thinking. Is there any way I can take pharmacology or pathophysiology courses individually without being in a program? Should I do MSN program first in like education? Do i have to be a nurse educator right after I graduate? (Again I don't feel I have the experience after only 3 years of being a nurse). Do I take advanced pharm/pathophys in an MSN program? I read some threads on CRNA interviews and they ask you really difficult questions to make sure you are well-knowledgable about pathophysiology of conditions and how it r/t anesthesia. I want to make sure I am prepared for my future so I want to know the right steps to take! I need an advisor

Please someone help me! I want all of my questions answered or I will be forever confused!
