MSN in Puerto Rico

Hello everyone!

I'm a nursing student in VA and I should graduate May 2021. I'm originally from Puerto Rico and I am looking at the possibility of doing my MSN back in PR. I was wondering if anyone has any idea how to go about that process? I tried to find information about license by endorsement but from what I found (there's very little information) is not really a thing. Do I have to retake the NCLEX there? If I decide to move back to the states will I have to change my license again?
