Hospice? Diabetes education? Neonates? Geriatrics? etc. etc. etc. The list of possibilities is VERY long.

I LIVE IN THE VIRGIN ISLANDS AND SPECIALTY NURSING IS VERY LIMITED. THE ISLANDS ONLY HAVE ONE HOSPITAL SHARED FOR TWO ISLANDS:eek:. NOW, DO YOU SEE MY DILIMA. I WOULD LOVE TO LIVE IN THE ISLANDS BUT HAVE A PROFITABLE NURSING CAREER
