MSH or NYP CHONY?

I have interviews at Mount Sinai Hospital & NYP Morgan Stanley for L&D as night shift RN. I am having difficulty debating on which location I should work at. NYP is about an extra 30 min travel for me compared to MSH. I eventually want to go for NP as well. Anyone work/worked at either places or have any suggestions/comments?

Would greatly appreciate if you know any info to these questions:

What's the tuition reimbursement like at each location?

How's the scheduling? Flexible?

How much is the salary?

How's the work environment? Coworkers?

I worked at MSH and left due to very short staff. We went on strike and saw no improvement thus far. Hope this helps.
