Hi-
My family and I are moving to Williamsburg Va from Idaho for a change of pace. I have a sister that lives there and we have visited several times. I have checked out the three hospitals in williamsburg/newport news and was wondering if anybody out there had worked at any of them in the ICU. I am a ICU nurse with 6 years experience. Also, does anyone know what the average RN with 5+ years experience should anticipate earning? Any information would be great.
