Moving to Seattle Area for a Nursing Job

I'm planning to move to Seattle area with my family as my contract here in Texas is soon to end. I have not really applied yet to any hospital but I'm considering Swedish and Evergreen. Anyone here care to share some insights. And also, does anyone know if these hospitals offer relocation allowance or sign in bonus. Lastly, how long does it usually take to process a WA license? I've pretty much submitted everything, I just want to know how long is the waiting game for them to give a feedback. Thank you all in advance!
