:balloons: Hello all, I am moving to NOVA and so far have found no good paying L/D jobs. I currently work in CO making 38/hourly. It is not all about the money but the cost of living is so high!!!!I don't even know what town to move to. MY husband will be working in Frederick MD. Any help is appreciated. -

Why not move to the Frederick area? The cost of living in some of the smaller communities in that area would probably be lower than Northern Virginia. Are you committed to living in Virginia?
Just curious.

Living in NOVA will give more work opportunities that are closer, than in Frederick. But traffic is probably worse.
Frederick Memorial is hiring L&D. Check their website, they're having an open house/baseball game on June 23.
I think Carroll is hiring, too. Everything else is at least 30 minutes away and if you work toward Rockville, traffic is horrid in the mornings.
I don't know if you'll find pay at $38/hour without going agency.
Housing is a bit cheaper in some parts of Frederick and west, but it's still not cheap.
