Moving from Med/Surg to IR

Hello! I have a job offer for an IR RN. I’m currently a med/surg onco nurse with 6 years experience. I’m getting burnt out with bedside and would like to transition to procedural area. However, I am unsure of the schedule. I really like my 3 12s because I can cluster my days and have lots of days off in between. With IR, it won’t be as flexible as that (especially with the on call).

anyone who moved to 4 10s from 3 12a and still found a good work/life balance (ex. Vacation days?) thank you!
