mount st marys college

hello, i was wondering if anyone applied to Mount st. Marys college, i have applied and was invited to take the teas test and i passed with a score of 78% does anyone think I have a chance of getting admitted I am also waiting for the interview invitation but i have still not gotten any letters does that mean i am not choosen for their program can anyone give any info or comments pleazzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Hi! I am pretty much in the same boat as you. ... called MSMC's Admissions Office and they told me that we should be hearing from them early-December. :)

Hello rita1988,

Acceptance/reject letters have been sent out. I received mine in the mail today (Dec. 4) - and there was no invitation for an interview. MSMC simply told me that I was accepted and enclosed the 'next steps' to take.

tnx for the comment i got my acceptance letter today 2 :) but before that on november 25th they called me for an interview and told me that i would be hearing from them in december and i received it today

do you guys know wht is the gpa range they accept students at?

if you guys dont mind telling me gpa aehtela or rita? or the range?

Hi Little_RN,

For their ADN program you have to get a "C" or better in: college chemistry (w/lab), written communication, and general psychology. Have an overall GPA of at least 2.5; and their required science GPA is a 2.5 minimum. Hope this helps! :)

aehtela.thank youuu..i wana go there to get my bsn..currently im in el camino my gpa is only like 3.4ish...i heard the accept only 10 students..

im attending el camino..and looking foward for bsn..

did u transfer or ur directly apply there for bsn?

Hey :) I didn't apply for their BSN program - I actually applied for their ADN program. I had previously taken my pre-req.'s at GCC, so I was a transfer student. I don't think your GPA is that low actually. My overall GPA was a 3.25, and science GPA was a 4.0. So you shouldn't give up, definitely try and apply!

so like, if u want your BSN, you need all the other GE's too right? ...or u can only get ur BSN with after ur ADN?..yeah i have til summer to raise my gpa hehe

If you want to get your BSN, just apply for Mount St. Mary's BSN program. You don't need to have an ADN :)

omgg!! yayy!! lolzz u know wht, i was abit stressed out abt my gpa, cuz thats my over all..

and..after this semester (hopefuly my gpa will raise).. i got only phsyio n micro left..ur right i shudnt give up

i heard so many scary news like its very limited etc also for cal state LA too..

which semester ur gona b there? in spring?
