More Online Practice Questions?

Anyone know of a place that's either free or really cheap (like $10 or less) that has some more NCLEX-style questions?

I have done all of my Kaplan question trainers and I am getting a lot of repeat Q-Bank ones now. I still need specific help on safety/infection control and physiological adaptation.

I take my test Tuesday (was supposed to be today, but was definitely not ready... and a 24/7 headache from possible sinusitis doesn't help). So any advice for me and anyone else that needs some more practice?

If you google free NCLEX questions a whole bunch of sites come up.
