Are you an RN working in the US in the adult, inpatient hospital setting whose primary role is direct patient care? If so, please consider participating in my University of Arizona IRB-approved study that I am conducting to describe moral injury in nursing (MI-N). If you would like to participate, you will be asked to complete a series of questionnaires, including an opportunity for open format question/answer. The commitment time is 20 to 30 minutes. Follow this link for the study information and consent form.
Your participation will help conceptualize moral injury in nursing, determine the extent to which moral injury is present in the adult, inpatient hospital setting and contribute to developing interventional strategies to combat moral injury, and improve nurse well-being, career satisfaction, and retention.
Thank you so much for your support!
