Moorpark College Spring 15

I have applied at Moorpark College for the Spring 2015 semester. Does anyone that is currently enrolled have info about the process? Score averages, applicant numbers, etc. When you received your notification and how you received it? I was told they will contact you via email, but I read many posts about receiving them in the mail.

I have applied at several other colleges, but my number one choice is Moorpark, so I am very excited to have turned in my application. I am however finishing my associate's degree this fall so I am not sure if my numbers will be competitive enough.

It's hard to say, of course grades, experience, and your teas score are important however it also depends on the ppl that are also applying along with you. Most ppl apply to multiple school, so it also depends on which school is their first choice. I received an alternate letter from Moorpark, a week later I received a call from the dept that I was in. I'm a first semester nursing student. It is more difficult than I thought! So much todo so little time. So be prepared to study hard.

Thanks for the reply... I am VERY prepared to study hard. I have also applied to 4 other colleges, but Moorpark is my first choice. It isn't necessarily the closest to me, but it's reputation is amazing.
